Daniella Raffo, Founder and CEO
I am a passionate, values-driven leader, and my achievements are the product of my human-first approach, my strategic thinking capabilities and my bias for action.
I have a business background but have been passionate about education since I discovered its power to change a person's trajectory. I have worked in education for the past 15 years in different roles. After attending business school at Stanford, I started EnseñaPeru, the peruvian chapter of Teach for America in 2009, worked in the education practice at McKinsey&Co, led the growth of Innova Schools, a network of schools for emerging families from 11 to 34 schools, and worked in Pre-K in from the nonprofit side and in partnership with the public sector. I am also de founder and President of CicloUno, a day care center that serves 80 children in Lima, Peru.
I am married to Nicolas, who is from the Basque Country in Spain, and we have two children, Iñigo and Mar and a dog, Txuri. We love to go on adventures together, especially exploring new countries and going fishing, and we also enjoy playing golf together.
